The pony that she rode was named "Shadow." She was very excited and kept telling the man that worked there, "I like her name! Shadow is just like EYE shadow!"



Gymnastics

Swimming with Ms. Lexi (Adam has been getting into the pool with her lately because she is going through BIG TIME separation anxiety lately)

Getting Mani/Pedis (she has gotten designs the last couple of times also)

Getting her first haircut (Grandma and Grandpa were in town to join us and she hit them up for a Disney store stop on the way out of the mall--typical.)

These little faces are why I haven't blogged in a while...

We have been busy with babes over here at the Morrison house! I am lucky to be able to make some money by caring for cuties, not miss a moment of Liliana's life, and only work 3.5 days a week. But those days are busy, and sharing me with so many other kids took some getting used to for Liliana. The first couple of weeks were hard on her (and subsequently me), but she has gotten into the swing of things and so have I. with a little more organization and meal planning (finally getting some use out of the crock pot--feel free to share recipes) everyone is happy over here. You can see for yourself:

AUBREY is here Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8-5...

WILL is here Mondays and Tuesdays from 1:30-5:00...

BEN is here Tuesday through Thursday usually from 8-3.

ASHLYN was here on Tuesdays the past month and a half while Taryn finished up with work before her maternity leave.

Uncle and B visit

Thanks for visiting us Uncle and B! We had so much fun with you. Next time you come we won't drink too much wine the night before going on a whale and dolphin watching trip on a stormy weekend. BLEH! :)

Who needs a romantic Valentine's Dinner date when you can take Liliana to sushi and fro-yo and be entertained by her trying to make friends all over town? On this love day, our sake cup runneth over...

February at the Beach

Three Arch Bay

Our friends TC and Tamsin invited us to TC's company house in Three Arch Bay. The house had a gorgeous view and it was a picture perfect day.

Bonfire

We had a bonfire at Capo Beach with the Hirchag and Ahmer families. We all said that we should do it every Sunday night.

Another Bay Area Trip

We have so much fun when we go "home" (that's what I still call it).

Liliana tells EVERYONE she meets on her journey that she is going to see her Grandma and Grandpa--the lady at the airport restaurant, the woman sitting across from us on the flight, the flight attendant. Every time the pilot made an announcement over the speaker Liliana would yell, "NOW WE CAN SEE GRANDMA AND GRANDPA?!?!?" She gets so excited. It is her home away from home.

While we were there my parents hosted a beautiful breakfast and dinner so that Liliana, Adam and I could catch up with family and friends. Adam and I also spent a fun night and a day in San Francisco while Liliana went to the petting zoo and Lawrence Hall of Science. A perfect mix of party and rest...family and friends. Can't wait until our next trip in April.
